Hogle Zoo

We ventured off to the zoo today and it was crazy. We really should do these types of things on weekdays. Baby Delcia saw a baby giraffe and elephant, but was most excited by the pool of water and water trickle in the bear exhibit. I guess that is what being a parent is. Expectations and excitement and then they play with the box the toy came in.

The baby Giraffe.

e Baby elephant rushed out to great us.

Laid off and Laid back

These pictures are mostly for Grandma Bev, but the latest news is that John was laid off last Thurs. We are dealing with the bad news by spending a lot of time together and enjoying the smiles and giggles of our sweet little girl. We are hoping John will find a new job soon...

Visiting Idaho

We had a great time visiting Jenny, Chris and Grady in Idaho. Delcia enjoyed attacking Grady and going through his toys. Hopefully they will have more fun together when they get a little older. She also acquired two bottom teeth while we were there, hence the screaming all night long.

This is the day after John and Chris climbed The Grand Tetons. As you can tell, John is a little tired and worn out.

Grady did not climb The Tetons, but was also tired and a bit grumpy.

Jenny and I unsuccessfully trying to give the kids a bath. Delcia went through a phaze of being afraid of the tub without me being in it with her, and Grady did not want to be in the tub with Delcia.
