Bear lake

Janessa's family invaded bear lake for a week long family reunion. Supposedly their ancestors settled this area way back and used to have reunions here before ness's time. It sure is beautiful, cool, and big.

We celebrated fathers day with Janessa's family monday and for a treat we made rootbeer floats. Delcia is no dummy and knew just how to help herself.... Though the utensils are still hard to figure out the trusted hand works well.

FENCING

Janessa was tired of waiting for me on this so she enlistment of our friends and we utilized trash pickup this year to rip down the old fence, which was falling down, and put up a new tall fence. Now we can enjoy the back yard, and contain Delcia. It wouldn't have been possible without our volunteer helpers. It looks great. Thanks.

This is the Place (for the March for Babies)

We had gorgeous weather Saturday for the March for Babies. Delcia was excited to be out and ready for the start that was delayed over a half hour, that's when she was ready to be out of her stroller. It was a hilly walk and Janessa had her work cut out for her, but we did have beautiful views of the valley.... Check out our sites if you would like to donate to the March of Babies.

Camping in Southern Utah

Well last week we skipped out on Utah's big late snowstorm and braved the wind and intermitent showers to go camping in southern utah. We head towards zion and camped in Red Cliffs. There was a short hiking trail next to our site that had some steps cut in the stone by the Anasazi Indians. We also headed over to Zion where Delcia and Grady got towed by Aunt Jenny through ZION NP.

So Busy, now that it's cold we'll catch up

Well today we got back from Delcia's third swim class. She was a bit grumpy today so class wasn't as fun. Generally she loves the water and can't wait to get it. She doesn't even mind going under, but don't you hold me on my back. I want to be up doing stuff. Here are a few pictures of our active guppy.

I p'd my pants @ target & all I got were these glasses

Pretty much our fault. We stopped for a bite to eat before heading into target and delcia loved the cold water and straw drinking a cup of water. She was dry as a bone when we went in and when the cart would no longer do mommy had to hold and noticed the warm sensation. Luckily delc's outfit could pass as a short skirt without the pants.
