Poor Bridger
Well, we found out today that the growth on Bridgers foot/leg is cancerous. We are very sad about this news, but so far Bridger doesn't seem to be too upset about it. He is acting very normal and has his regular amount of energy and vigor for life, which includes: freaking out every time he realizes we are leaving the house; protecting his raw hide from the cat and occassionally stepping right on the baby as if she were not even there. Our veterinarian, who has lovingly taken care of Bridger for several years now, is going to do some more tests and talk to the oncologist before we make any major decisions. She wants to make sure that he does not have any more tumors like this anywhere else in his body and to narrow down the exact type of tumor and what we can expect from it. It has already grown back after being removed one week ago! Our options so far are: to amputate, do chemo, or let the cancer take over until we would finally have to euthanize him- probably within a few months from now.
Bridger has been a big part of our lives and we love him very much despite his neurotic tendancies and some annoying habits, such as: stepping on the baby; whining in the car; whining for no apparant reason; freaking out when he sees me put on my running shoes; freaking out for no apparant reason; getting into the garbage; attacking any intimidating looking, unneutered male dog that passes by; attempting to attack the mailman and almost getting maced by the mailman while I chase him down (nine months pregnant); licking and scratching himself so much that he bleeds because of his many allergies; and his latest- farting and burping while playing with Delcia's toy duck that plays music. And why wouldn't we want to spend thousands of more dollars on this dog?

I thought it was a figure of Speech
1st Easter Dress
It doesn't matter if your naughty or nice when Grandma and Grandpa come to town
Well grandparents are supposed to spoil their grandkids. Delcia has been spoiled by her moms parents quite a bit since she was born, but she got her second chance of being spoiled when my parents came out for spring break. We had fun seeing Delc grow and all of her new tricks as we hung out and relaxed. We also got an earful when we had been out for too long on the town. Delc can't wait to see her grandparents again. Both Eldons and Alice Ann and Bev.

Grady J's First Birthday
We went up to Idaho for G man's first birthday.. He had a smorgasboard of gifts, that all have the same voice talking... He will no doubt talk like that when he begins to speak, read: scary. Uncle Jig also got to see Delcia again (the stopped by the day after she was born too). Anyways he entertained her with the robot.
We also spent some time with Jigs parents at their cabin.. They are saints or insane to invite Janessa's family (not even the whole family) for the big festivities. It was great and we all had a blast. Grady Loved his trike, that was professionally assembled.
